Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. To whom consent is given
The personal data operator is the self-employed individual Lysov Andrey Valerievich, PINFL 32210746530036, Republic of Uzbekistan, website https://bazi.uz, e-mail for personal data requests: info@bazi.uz (the “Operator”).
2. How consent is given
Consent is given electronically: by ticking the relevant box on the website and pressing the form button (registration, ordering a reading, the Contact form, subscribing to news). The fact, time, version and text of the consent, the IP address and browser details are recorded by the Operator in the consent log and serve as proof that consent was obtained.
3. What data and for what purpose
I consent to the processing of the following personal data for the following purposes:

The Operator does not process bank card data: payment is made in the Paynet service under its own rules.
4. What is done with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the third parties listed below, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automated means.
5. Where the data is stored
On the Operator’s server physically located in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, hosting provider AirNet), including backups.
6. Who receives the data and cross-border transfer
I consent to the transfer of data to:
- AirNet (Uzbekistan) — the hosting provider whose equipment hosts the server; it has no access to the contents of the database.
- Paynet (Uzbekistan) — the payment service: when an invoice is issued, the phone number and amount are transferred; when paying by QR code, Paynet processes the payer’s data independently as a separate operator.
- OpenAI (USA) — the text generation service: to prepare a reading, only the calculated chart (pillars, elements, periods, calculation date) and the reading language are transferred. Name, e-mail, phone number, exact date and place of birth are not transferred; the information transferred does not allow me to be identified. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the cross-border transfer requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Yandex (Russia) — the mail service used to deliver the website’s e-mails: the recipient’s address and the e-mail text (including the text of a reading) are transferred. The Russian Federation is included in the list of states providing adequate protection of personal data approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Once e-mail is moved to the Operator’s own server in Uzbekistan, this transfer will stop.
Data is not transferred to anyone else, except where expressly required by law (at the request of authorised state bodies).
7. Term of consent
Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. After the account is deleted, the data is destroyed, except for order data, the consent log and information the Operator is required to keep by law — for the periods stated in section 3.
8. Withdrawal of consent and rights
I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending a request from the address linked to my account to info@bazi.uz, or by deleting my account in my personal account. I have the right to obtain information about my data, to demand that it be clarified, blocked or destroyed, and to appeal against the Operator’s actions to the authorised personal data protection body or in court. Requests are answered within 10 days.
9. Consequences of withdrawal
Withdrawing consent to the processing of account data or birth data means that the service can no longer be provided: the chart and readings are deleted and the account is closed. Withdrawing consent to news or to analytics cookies does not affect access to the service.
10. News and mailings
Consent to receive news e-mails is given with a separate checkbox, is not a condition of the service and can be withdrawn via the link in any e-mail or in the personal account.
11. Confirmations
By giving consent, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old; that the data I provide is accurate; that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer; and that the reading is for informational purposes and is produced using automated processing, including text generation by artificial intelligence based on the calculated chart.
12. Changes
A new edition is published on this page with its version and date; in case of material changes, the Operator notifies users by e-mail. Consents given earlier remain governed by the edition recorded in the consent log.
