Public offer for the information and analytical service “BaZi chart reading”

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by the self-employed individual [provider's full name to be added], PINFL 32210746530036 (the “Provider”), to any person with full legal capacity (the “Customer”) to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below.

1.2. The service is provided via https://bazi.uz (the “Website”). Provider contact: info@bazi.uz.

1.3. Payment for an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider supplies the information and analytical service “BaZi chart reading”: an electronic text prepared for a BaZi chart calculated from the date, time and place of birth provided by the Customer.

2.2. The reading has six sections: your chart at a glance; character and strengths; money and career; relationships and the people around you; your current period and the years ahead; practical guidance.

2.3. The text is prepared with a language model according to the Website's methodology and is automatically checked against the chart.

2.4. The result is provided on the reading page in the Customer's account and as a copy to the Customer's email.

3. Nature of the service

3.1. The reading is for informational purposes. It describes tendencies and periods rather than events and is not a forecast.

3.2. The reading is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and does not replace professional consultation. The Customer makes any decisions based on the reading independently.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The price of one reading is 99,000 UZS. The price is shown on the Website before ordering and is final.

4.2. Payment is made via the Paynet payment service by QR code or link on the order page to the Provider's Paynet business account 8888012798251679. The Customer puts the order code (BZ-XXXX) in the payment comment.

4.3. The receipt is issued by Paynet in accordance with the Provider's self-employed status.

4.4. An order is valid for 24 hours from creation. An order not paid within this period is closed automatically.

5. Conclusion of the agreement and provision of the service

5.1. The agreement is concluded when the payment is received in the Provider's account.

5.2. The Provider confirms receipt of payment manually, usually within 30 minutes during business hours. Once confirmed, preparation of the reading starts automatically.

5.3. The service is provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Usually the reading is ready in 1–2 minutes.

5.4. The service is deemed provided when the reading becomes available to the Customer on the Website.

6. Free reading

6.1. A user registered on the Website may receive free readings in the number stated on the Website. A free reading is not subject to this offer; the Terms of Use apply to it.

7. Refunds

7.1. If preparation of the reading has not yet started, the Customer may cancel the order; the payment is refunded in full within 3 days of the request.

7.2. Once the reading has been provided, the payment is not refundable: the service has been rendered and the result is digital content.

7.3. If the reading was not produced or is substantially incomplete due to a technical failure, the Provider, at the Customer's choice, prepares the reading again or refunds the payment.

7.4. Refund requests are sent to info@bazi.uz with the order code. Refunds are made to the account or card the payment came from.

8. Obligations and liability

8.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the birth data entered. A reading prepared from incorrect data is not grounds for a refund.

8.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the price of the paid reading.

8.3. The Provider is not responsible for decisions or actions the Customer takes based on the reading.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Customer's personal data is processed under the Website's Privacy Policy (https://bazi.uz/en/privacy) and stored on a server in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. Disputes

10.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Claims are sent to info@bazi.uz; the response period is 10 days.

10.2. If a dispute is not settled, it is resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes to the offer

11.1. The Provider may change the offer by publishing a new version on the Website. Paid orders are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
