1.1. Bazi.uz is a service for calculating a BaZi chart and providing an analytical reading (https://bazi.uz). The service is operated by the self-employed individual [provider's full name to be added].

1.2. By using the website you accept these terms. Paid readings are additionally governed by the public offer.

2. Account

2.1. You sign in with a code sent by email or with a password. One person — one account.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

3. Chart and readings

3.1. Chart calculation is free.

3.2. Free readings per account: 1. Further readings are paid, at the price and on the terms of the offer.

3.3. Creating additional accounts to obtain free readings is prohibited.

4. What is prohibited

4.1. Automated access to the website: scripts, scraping, bulk requests, circumventing limits.

4.2. Reselling readings as your own service or publishing them under your name.

4.3. Entering another person's birth data without their consent.

4.4. Attempts to disrupt the website or to access other people's data.

5. Rights to materials

5.1. A reading is intended for personal use. Rights to the website, methodology and design belong to the Provider.

6. Nature of the information

6.1. The chart and reading are for informational purposes, describe tendencies and periods rather than events, and do not replace professional consultation. The service does not give medical, financial or legal advice.

7. Liability and availability

7.1. The service is provided “as is”. Maintenance interruptions are possible.

7.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the price of the paid reading.

8. Violations

8.1. Access to an account may be restricted for violating these terms.
